ProcessMAP provides a fully-integrated, comprehensive EH&S information management system to Ingersoll Rand Climate Control Technologies, the largest business sector within Ingersoll Rand, which provides solutions to transport, preserve, store and display temperature-sensitive products, and includes the market leading brands of Hussmann and Thermo King. The system is deployed at more than 135 sites in more than 14 countries with more than 11 languages.

 Portal: To serve as the gateway for EHS information.

ESH Metrics: To collect, manage, and analyze Environmental and Safety metrics globally.

Accident/Incident: To allow each site to report, manage investigation, and complete corrective/preventive actions occupational injury incidents and environmental incidents.

Task/Calendar: To track corrective and preventive actions company-wide, to allow each site to manage action items resulting from regulatory, corporate, and site requirements.

Implementation Challenges

Data Migration: ESH Metrics data from 2001 were migrated from a legacy system.

Training: More than 40 web-based training sessions were conducted to train various site ESH Coordinators globally.
