ProcessMAP Engagement

ProcessMAP provides enterprise information management solutions for Ryder’s Environmental and Safety & Health functions globally. ProcessMAP’s platform for S&H, known as RyderSTAR is the backbone of the S&H processes within Ryder. ProcessMAP provides a suite of comprehensive and integrated solutions, internally branded as GEMS (Global Environmental Management System) to allow Ryder to manage the environmental information for its operations. The systems are deployed globally at more than 1,500 sites.

Solutions Deployed
Portal: To serve as the gateway for EHS information.
Safety Metrics/Scorecard: To collect, manage, and analyze a wide range of activity-based safety leading indicators.
Task/Calendar: To track corrective and preventive actions company-wide, to allow each site to manage action items resulting from regulatory, corporate, and site requirements.
Documents: To manage and distribute documents at multiple levels of the organization.
Waste: To manage and track regulated and unregulated waste handled by several vendors.
Audits/Assessments: To allow management of due diligence, baseline compliance, and other assessments/audits company-wide.
Storage Tank Management: To allow compliance management for more than 3,000 underground and aboveground storage tanks company-wide.
Regulatory Non-Conformance Management: To allow management of corrective actions, cost, and internal/external communication resulting from any regulatory non-conformance, Notice of Violation (NOV).
