In 2002, ProcessMAP was engaged to develop the enterprise EH&S information management system blueprint. Under a 5-year contract, a web-based system was deployed in April 2004 at all North America sites. During 2006, the system is expanded to all manufacturing, distribution, R&D, Administration, and Sales offices in 46 countries in 16 languages.
