North America’s Leading Low-Carbon, Renewable Power Company Calpine Corporation Deploys ProcessMAP Software Platform for Enterprise Rollout at 90 Power Plants

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida & San Jose, California, November 9, 2007 – ProcessMAP Corporation, the leading on-demand software provider for Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS) information management, today announced that Calpine Corporation, North America’s leading energy company has selected ProcessMAP’s hosted EH&S software to address its need for an enterprise platform to streamline injury illness reporting, management, investigation and other related processes, including safety metrics, corrective actions tracking, and workers compensation reporting management.

Under a long-term agreement, ProcessMAP will provide the software on a subscription basis, commonly known as software-as-a-service (SAAS) model, wherein ProcessMAP will provide the software, infrastructure, upgrades, application management, technical support, and 24x7 help desk services. The modular structure of the platform provides Calpine with flexibility to continue expanding into other areas of EHS and use one software platform to set the enterprise standard at more than 90 power plants.

“Calpine is a leader in sustainability and health & safety. In 2005, it was named as one of America’s Safest Companies by Occupational Hazards magazine. We are so pleased that such a progressive organization decided to partner with us on a long-term.” said Dave Rath, ProcessMAP’s CEO.

Brenda Sepanski, ProcessMAP’s Vice President Implementation Services added “During the deployment process, we also worked with Calpine team to further refine its world class incident reporting process. Our configuration of the software and their incident reporting procedure are coherent. We have gone live with a record 5 months, including building interface with Calpine’s Workers Compensation Claims sytem.”
