Enterprise System to Support Company-Wide Initiatives to Establish Consistency in Injury & Illness Management and Improve Activity-Based Risk Assessment |

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, USA; Peoria, Illinois, USA – May 20th, 2008 – ProcessMAP Corporation, the leading on-demand software provider of Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS) information management, today announced that Caterpillar Corporation (NYSE: CAT), with annual revenue of approximately $45 Billion, has adopted ProcessMAP’s on-demand software solution to support its safety management needs globally. Since its inception more than 80 years ago, Caterpillar has grown to be the largest maker of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines and industrial gas turbines in the world. |

Under a 5-year agreement, ProcessMAP will provide the software on a hosted, subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) model. In addition, ProcessMAP will provide implementation services, legacy data migration services, interfaces with internal ERP systems, user training, and 24 x7 help desk support. ProcessMAP solution will replace multiple internally developed systems and processes currently used throughout Caterpillar. During 2008, the system will be rolled out to more than 130 facilities with a goal to complete the deployment at more than 300 facilities globally in early 2009. |
