The software will be provided as a hosted, subscription-based solution on the rapidly popular and emerging Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) model. |

Under a multi-year agreement, ProcessMAP will deploy a comprehensive solution to
allow Goodyear to manage health & safety data and processes related to
industrial hygiene, injury/illness management, safety metrics, and corrective
actions at more than 850 sites globally. In addition, ProcessMAP will provide
implementation, system migration, interfaces with internal & external systems,
user training, and 24 x7 help desk support. ProcessMAP solution will replace
multiple internally developed systems currently used throughout Goodyear. |
