Dave Rath, Chief Executive Officer

Dave brings more than 15 years experience from regulatory agencies, EH&S management consulting and technology solutions deployment for Fortune 500 customers.  Prior to ProcessMAP, Dave worked for ERM, world’s leading multi-national EH&S consultancy headquartered in London.  During his tenure at ERM, he was involved in a wide range of EH&S compliance and management systems solutions for a wide range of customers.  Prior to ERM, Dave served in many positions at Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM). 

Dave holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from India, and a Masters Degree in Engineering from Auburn University, Alabama. 

Alden Pierce, Chief Strategy Officer

Alden brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in developing comprehensive strategic for Environmental, Health & Safety management systems while serving as the top corporate official for EH&S affairs for W.R. Grace, Martin Marietta Corporation, and Getty Oil Company.  Alden also has served as the Vice President of URS Corporation, one of the largest engineering and EHS consulting firms, where he led URS' global business development strategy in chemicals and pharmaceuticals sector.

Alden holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry and a Ph.D. from State University of New York at Albany. 

Jagan Garimella, Chief Technology Officer

Jagan brings in more than 15 years of extensive technology and management experience.  Prior to ProcessMAP, Jagan worked for Sapient Corporation where he developed some of the largest e-business applications for Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, DLJ, and Transamerica Insurance.        

Jagan holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from India, and a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from University of Miami, Florida.

Gus Ramirez, Chief Security & Data Officer

Gus brings in more than 25 years experience in database technology to substantially improve accuracy of business intelligence and decision-making.  He is a recognized authority in the database development lifecycles from analysis and definition of business needs through implementation.  Prior to ProcessMAP, Gus led design, development, and implementation of various financial and strategic business intelligence applications at Office Depot, Kerzner International Resorts, Internal Interval, and Coulter Corporation.  

Gus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bronx College, NY.

Brenda Sepanski, Vice President, Solution Implementation and Client Services

Brenda brings in more than 20 years of experience in information management.  Prior to ProcessMAP, she served as the administrator for the Environmental Management Information Systems at Federal Express, world’s largest express package delivery company.  She also has a background in spatial and statistical data analysis from Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the Natural Research and Information System for the State of Montana.  In additional to her scientific background, Brenda has served as an adjunct professor in the fields of Mathematics and Computer Sciences.

Brenda holds Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Missouri State University, Springfield and a Master of Science in Mathematics from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Gregory Monzo, Vice President, Business Development

Gregory brings in more than 12 years experience in U.S. and international Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) management.     Prior to ProcessMAP, he served as the Director of Health & Safety (Americas) for the kitchen & bath division at American Standard, a Fortune 500 company.  For nearly 8 years, he had also led the EH&S function for Baxter Healthcare’s Latin America, Europe, and Asia/Pacific operations.  Gregory is a recognized authority in implementing various management systems conforming to standards such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, EPA’s National Environmental Performance Track and ANSI Z-10. 

Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University.
