Technology Veteran Joins the Leader in On-Demand Software for Environmental,

information management, today announced the appointment of Mr. Augusto Ramirez as
the Chief Security and Data Officer. Mr. Ramirez will be responsible for ProcessMAP's
overall security, data and infrastructure strategy, architecting ProcessMAP's data
policies around security and privacy guidelines, prioritizing investments in infrastructure
and data analysis, and managing the Company's data processing infrastructure. |

Mr. Ramirez has a more than 25 years of experience in managing large scale data
infrastructures, data management, business intelligence, and analytics. Prior to
ProcessMAP, he held senior technology positions at Office Depot, Interval International,
Seligman Securities and CPC international. |
