World's Largest Carpet Manufacturer Adopts On-Demand Software to Support Enterprise-Wide Consistency at 150+ Facilities |

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, USA; Dalton, Georgia, USA – September 11, 2008 - ProcessMAP Corporation (ProcessMAP), the leading hosted, on-demand software provider for Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS) information management, today announced that Shaw Industries, Inc., world’s largest carpet manufacturer and leading flooring products company, and a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc., has selected ProcessMAP’s software as its enterprise, next generation environmental, health & safety information management platform. |

Under a 5-year agreement, ProcessMAP will provide the software on a hosted subscription-based model, also known as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The enterprise system will include a suite of integrated modules to support a wide range of EH&S functions including: Incident (Injury/Illness and Environmental) Reporting and Management; Corporate Audit; Behavioral Based Safety (BBS); EH&S Metrics; Industrial Hygiene; Environmental Permits Compliance; EH&S Compliance and Action Items Management; and Documents Control and Management. |

The system will interface with several internal ERP systems and third party administrator (TPA) workers comp claims management system. ProcessMAP solution will replace multiple internally developed systems and processes currently used throughout Shaw. |
