Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, USA, May 2, 2007 – ProcessMAP Corporation, the leading

information management, today announced that it has selected IBM Corporation’s eBusiness

“IBM is a leader in e-business hosting infrastructure and it delivers the reliability,
availability and expertise we needed to support our global growth today, plus the
flexibility to change as we grow. This partnership will allow ProcessMAP to transition
and transform to the next generation of infrastructure, gain access to technology
experts and finally improves service levels and other commitments we make to customers.”
said Augusto Ramirez, ProcessMAP’s Chief Security and Data Officer. “The other reason
we chose IBM over other firms because of their experience in Europe, where we are
poised to develop a world-class hosting infrastructure in 2008.” Mr. Ramirez said. |

Under the terms of the agreement, IBM is providing ProcessMAP with the data center
facilities, servers and storage systems, network backbone, management, and operations.
This allows ProcessMAP to provide its solutions on SaaS model hosted from IBM’s
highly secure and geographically dispersed data centers. The IBM managed solution
integrates hosting and global private IP network and includes comprehensive network
management and monitoring services along with a secondary site to assist with Wall
Street Systems disaster recovery plans. The IBM infrastructure for ProcessMAP runs
on a SAS 70 Type II environment that assists ProcessMAP in addressing Sarbanes Oxley
and other reporting requirements. |
