In essence, we becomes a business and technology extension of our customer organization - a part of the team to ensure that all users derive value from the application - not just during the initial implementation period, but every day. FMM is primarily designed for Fortune 2000 organizations, which need a higher level of customization and integration with a user base of more than 200. Our ODM model is designed for organizations with an user base of less than 50, or for Small/Medium Enterprises (SME).
