ProcessMAP training team provides complete training on all our services, from implementation through any upgrades.

ProcessMAP conducts instructor-led training at client sites or online - whichever best meets customer needs. After implementation, additional training services are offered for upgrades and as needed to keep in step with your company's growth.

Train-the-Trainers

We offer Train-the-trainer programs to supplement our training programs. Train-the-trainer sessions include a Leader's guide to support internal instructors as well as the Quick Reference Guides.

Training Instances

As an additional service, you may elect to have your own Training Instance of the ProcessMAP suite. This instance allows your organization to train and practice on a generic or custom instance without disturbing production data.

Training Sessions

ProcessMAP conducts regular training sessions that are attended by various users of ProcessMAP at no cost to clients. However, these sessions are scheduled at the discretion of ProcessMAP training team. Users can review the schedule in advance and sign-up to attend. These sessions are conducted online.
