The fundamental premise of the architecture includes the use of objects and components. Each of these achieves transparency in business functionality and technology changes. Each of these components addresses an underlying business function.

 ProcessMAP solutions are developed using Microsoft technologies such as Active Server Pages (ASP), .NET, XML that are deployed using IIS 7.0 on Windows 2003 server platform, with SQL Server 2005 as the underlying database.

 All ProcessMAP application interfaces require only Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher versions - no additional desktop software, plug-ins, applets, or other components are required to be installed.

 Portal Server forms the foundation to support all the solutions when deploying one or more modules.  The flexibility of the server software allows customization resulting in customer-centric solutions, and the intuitive design of solutions dramatically reduces the learning curve for end users.

 Integration Server use custom built VB objects for data transformation, and XML for direct and easy collaborations with other systems, and data feeds supplied from other systems. ProcessMAP has already deployed integration engines with leading Waste Pickup Vendors.

 Reporting Server built using Crystal Reports allows tremendous flexibility for ProcessMAP to offer standardized as well as customized reports designed per client specifications. Unique to the application is the ability to download and export report data as in Excel, PDF or Word and schedule report delivery. ProcessMAP users now submit Workers Compensation Reports online and are automatically delivered in PDF format to leading insurance agencies.

 Security service layer contains objects required for authentication, single sign-on, and authorization to various module, components, and objects such as session objects to store user information during a user session. Each application module can support multiple roles based on an organizations needs and are assigned permissions on the module objects which is secured by an access control list (ACL).
