Responsibilities & Background:

Dave Rath is responsible for driving the overall strategy and vision for ProcessMAP, which has grown to become the world’s leading software platform for environment, health, safety, and sustainability information management. Dave has over 20 years of experience in the EHS arena – from regulatory agencies to EHS management consulting and EHS information management solutions. Prior to ProcessMAP, Dave worked for ERM, the world’s leading multi-national EHS consultancy headquartered in London. During his tenure at ERM, Dave was involved in a wide range of EHS compliance and management consulting engagements for a wide range of customers, including GE, General Dynamics, and Bausch & Lomb. Prior to ERM, Dave served in many positions at the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM).

Jagan Garimella

Responsibilities & Background:

Jagan Garimella is responsible for setting ProcessMAP‘s technology strategy, and ensuring its execution to sustain the company’s position as the provider of the industry’s most comprehensive EH&S software solutions. Jagan has nearly 20 years of experience in the Information Technology Services arena, developing IT strategies and systems. Prior to ProcessMAP, Jagan worked for Sapient, a global IT services company headquartered in Boston. During his tenure at Sapient, Jagan was involved in developing IT system for Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, DLJ, and Transamerica Insurance.

Harold R. Gubnitsky
President and Chief Strategy Officer

Experience:

28 years of strategy and technology leadership; Fortune 500 strategic relations and business development (Accenture/Andersen Consulting, Cambridge Technology Partners, Proxicom, XL Techgroup)

Education:

BS in Business Management and Information Technology, Florida State University, Florida

Responsibilities & Background:

Harold Gubnitsky is responsible for corporate development, strategy, strategic relations and business development, and has served as a founding board member since 2000.

Prior to joining ProcessMAP, Harold served as a Managing Director for XL TechGroup, a company with a distinctive business model focused on continuously inventing, funding, and growing new market facing businesses to address global unmet needs with unique and sustainably differentiated business models. Prior to XL TechGroup, he founded, served as the CEO, and executed the sale of a technology-consulting Company, Semtor Corporation. Semtor developed leading edge business and technology solutions for both emerging businesses as well as established corporations. Prior to Semtor, Harold served as a board member and Executive Vice President of Business Development and part of the team that launched the very successful IPO for a technology-consulting company, Proxicom.

Harold also served as a Vice President and practice leader at Cambridge Technology Partners, the first publicly traded Strategy and IT consulting service company. Harold started his career and spent several years as part of the management team of Accenture/Andersen Consulting, leading teams to deploy advanced technology business solutions across a number of industry sectors.

Gregory Monzo
Executive VP – Product Management

Experience:

Over 20 years of EHS leadership experience (American Standard, Baxter)

Education:

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Florida International University, Florida

Responsibilities & Background:

Gregory has more than 20 years of experience providing EHS leadership at both facility and business unit levels in large multi-national organizations. As head of Product Management, Gregory oversees one of ProcessMAP’s largest teams, which is responsible for the ongoing evolution of the company’s software offerings. Working with new and existing customers, he spearheads development of new features, technology, and functionality to meet current and future demands. Gregory’s primary initiatives include continuous improvement to ProcessMAP’s core software modules, innovating new modules, reports, and data analytics tools.

Prior to ProcessMAP, he served as the Director of Health & Safety (Americas) at American Standard (currently part of Ingersoll Rand Company), a Fortune 500 company. For nearly 10 years, Gregory led the EHS function for Baxter Healthcare’s Latin America, Europe, and Asia/Pacific operations. At Baxter, he served on the team that developed Baxter’s global EHS information management system, and the valuable experience he gained in this capacity now serves the rich portfolio of ProcessMAP customers from various industries.

CFO

Experience:

Senior financial executive and CPA with over 30 years of experience in public accounting, experienced in building high valued enterprises having managed six public offerings in the U.S. and London

Education:

BS in Finance, Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois & Accounting studies, DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois

Responsibilities & Background:

In addition to directing the operational accounting, administration and human resources functions, David’s responsibilities include management of the company’s fiscal planning and forecasting in line with company strategy, controls, and procedures. David is tasked with safeguarding the company’s assets and building the infrastructure to support efficient and effective growth. Prior to ProcessMAP, he was the founder and CFO of XLTechGroup, whose business model over 20 years was to rapidly create high valued businesses in the information, imaging, healthcare, and energy industries. During this period, David also managed numerous capital raises, as well as the acquisition of many technologies and businesses.

R. Todd Jones
Executive Vice President – Customer Success

Experience:

22 years of strategy, technology, and environmental leadership, customer advocate for a myriad of Fortune 500 companies and business development (Accenture/Andersen Consulting, Cambridge Technology Partners, and AgCert International)

Education:

Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida

Responsibilities & Background:

As the Executive VP of Customer Success, Todd’s primary responsibility is to ensure each customer meets or exceeds its internal EHS and risk management goals and objectives. We accomplish that by working side-by-side with our customers from the initial ProcessMAP implementation through full roll-out and support. Additionally, we see our role as providing thought leadership and industry best practices to our customers in order to integrate the proper processes into the ProcessMAP platform.

Prior to joining ProcessMAP, Todd served as Managing Director of TrustedCarbon, LLC, a company that develops greenhouse gas reduction projects in South America and Southeast Asia. Similarly, he was the Executive VP of Business Development for AgCert International, PLC, a company that develops agricultural based greenhouse gas reduction projects and sells the resulting carbon credits into the European market. Todd has also served as the President of iReality Group USA, a package development consulting firm.

Todd has also served as a Senior Vice President of Change Management for Cambridge Technology Partners, the first publicly traded Strategy and IT consulting Service Company. Todd started his career at Andersen Consulting / Accenture where he specialized in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.

Responsibilities & Background:

As Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Dave is responsible for building a world class sales organization, managing the day-to-day functions and strategy for the ProcessMAP EHS SaaS platform, managing new customer acquisitions for strategic accounts, and providing thought leadership to customers and prospects in North America. Dave leads the sales team that is responsible for generating new software as a service (SaaS) EHS accounts in various industries.

Prior to joining ProcessMAP, Dave held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Partnerships/Alliances with several industry leading e-learning companies and financial institutions including First Data, Global Data, Learn.com, and Blackboard.

Responsibilities & Background:

As the Vice President of Product Development, Eugene is responsible for developing the strategy and roadmap, as well as executing product development initiatives.  His responsibilities also include defining the platform architecture and feature set based customer needs and evolving regulatory requirements. Prior to joining ProcessMAP, Eugene was the Head of Self-service Apps at Leapfactor, Inc. and Vice President of Core Software Engineering at Sezmi Corporation.

Brian Stenson
Vice President – Customer Success

Experience:

Over 18 years of experience in the EHS and Sustainability fields as a corporate EHS professional (FUJIFILM, Northwestern University, and University of Illinois) and leader of Information Management services (CH2M Hill).

Education:

B.S. Biology, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

Responsibilities & Background:

As Vice President of Customer Success, Brian is responsible for ensuring that the ProcessMAP’s software helps customers reach new levels of EHS performance, meeting and exceeding their established internal objectives.

Prior to joining ProcessMAP, Brian was the Global Technology Lead for the EHS Information Management Practice at CH2M Hill where he was responsible for furthering the technical capabilities of the practice. Before CH2M Hill, Brian was the Corporate EHS Manager with FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation. At FUJIFILM, he supported environmental, safety, sustainability, product stewardship, and transportation compliance for the sales, service, distribution, and manufacturing divisions.

Dawn Charnin
Vice President – Implementation

Experience:

Over 10 years of experience managing teams, providing technical expertise and leadership in program, project, IT, operations, and production management.

Responsibilities & Background:

As the Vice President of Account Management & Implementation Services, Dawn builds, enhances and maintains strong customer satisfaction by ensuring successful onboarding and focusing on continuous improvement in processes to assure scalability, operational excellence, and cost control.

Prior to her role as the VP of Account Management & Implementation Services, Dawn served in a myriad of roles at ProcessMAP with progressive responsibilities, including Director of Account Management, Senior Account Manager, and an Account Management Specialist.

Jeff’s sphere of influence includes the go-to-market strategy as well as the functional and technical delivery of Business Intelligence & Analytics for ProcessMAP. Jeff oversees the team responsible for the execution and deployment of that vision. Additionally, he has an extensive background in delivering multi-tenant and integrated BI solutions in a Cloud/SaaS environment. Jeff’s prior company experience includes Price Waterhouse, Deloitte & Touche, Hotels.com, Spherion, and Ultimate Software.
