ProcessMAP’s determination to supply highly-accessible products globally drives the expansion of datacenters in the US and India to better support regional customers. As evidence of the commitment to delivering quality products, ProcessMAP revamped internal processes for manufacturing. This delivered customers with processes to further expedite the delivery of new features and the enhancement of existing ones. As part of this change, ProcessMAP also launches the ProcessMAP Application Lifecycle Management Services (PALMS). Small and large customers continue to adopt ProcessMAP solutions, including some of the largest retail companies in the world such as Walmart. ProcessMAP's Asia-Pacific expansion continues with long term contracts with global companies – Coca-Cola India goes live.

ProcessMAP launches the “Customer Pavilion”, dedicated to providing an oasis for customers to come and experience firsthand all the benefits of partnering with the organization. ProcessMAP believes that while the software is on “The Cloud”, the personal touch and team-building aspects of in-person meetings with customers during critical phases of software adoption is the key to our blueprinting, implementation and training success. The first Annual User Conference is held in Fort Lauderdale to unveil version 12 of our product, one of the most advanced platform upgrades customers have received to-date. This conference not only showcased product enhancements related to dynamic dashboards and mobile-friendly interfaces, but set the tone for leveraging customers further to drive the product roadmap in the years to come. ProcessMAP expands its Latin America operations - Whirlpool Mexico goes live.

2006 becomes a landmark year for ProcessMAP’s global footprint and international experience. To meet the growing demand of the industry, ProcessMAP introduces its Sustainability Product Suite which enables organizations to have real-time visibility of their corporate sustainability performance. With more than 400 facilities in 50+ countries, ITT smoothly transitions to ProcessMAP from its legacy system - one of the largest SaaS implementations of its kind in the industry. While the whole world is getting used to the term “Sustainability”, ProcessMAP’s customers are publishing their “Sustainability Report” backed by data from ProcessMAP’s platform. ProcessMAP expands its executive management team to meet the demands of expanding business.

To meet the growing demand for its solutions, ProcessMAP launches a talent strategy in India to recruit the most skilled software engineers. A facility originally designed and built by Sony Ericsson for its elite engineers, just 10 miles from Microsoft global innovation center, becomes ProcessMAP’s home in Hyderabad, India. This giant step allowed ProcessMAP to start a 24/7 product development process between engineers in US and India and rapidly build its product portfolio.
