Job Description

  • This position will be responsible for leading customer marketing engagement strategies and plans that align with ProcessMAP business goals. Our ideal candidate will have experience in building customer marketing programs and have a passion for recruiting, engaging and driving demand with customers of Enterprise software industry. This role will involve working with fast-paced teams, leading cross-functionally, and having the autonomy to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive customer marketing strategy and program planning with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Run marketing initiatives to educate our customers on new products and capabilities
  • Work with the Sales and Customer Success teams to connect, build and promote customer engagement on social communities
  • Develop customer references who can serve as champions for ProcessMAP
  • Work in conjunction with content marketing to create written as well as video-based customer stories and testimonials
  • Partner with Customer Success team to identify and onboard customer advocates
  • Partner with the Marketing team to support customer reviews on G2Crowd & Software Advice
  • Conduct ‘Voice of the Customer’ sessions to understand customer experience on the overall business, including customer engagement, product adoption, and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Product Management teams to organize and plan quarterly Customer Advisory Board meetings

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • MBA degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with direct experience supporting inbound and outbound marketing programs (B2B/Technology experience strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience generating references, testimonials, and influencers from existing customers
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with third-party social and content management tools such as Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Sproutsocial, WordPress, etc.
  • Proficiency across major marketing technologies, including ABM and Direct Mail platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, DemandBase, Engagio, Sendoso)
  • Proven success leveraging LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media channels to establish thought leadership and drive engagement
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
