Job Description

  • ProcessMAP is looking for a highly motivated, creative and experienced marketer to jump-start our ABM (Account-Based Marketing) efforts and drive growth initiatives with the sales team for the key target accounts. Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or segment-based marketing role, ideally in the B2B industry. Additionally, she/he must be flexible and comfortable working with the Global Marketing organization with team members from various countries, backgrounds, and cultures. Â

Responsibilities:

  • Execute innovative and creative ABM programs across channels to generate pipeline from concept through execution, i.e., strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support
  • Campaign development and campaign measurement Translate ProcessMAP's value proposition, competitive differentiators, product capabilities, and customer success stories into well-articulated and high-impact marketing assets such as case studies, white papers, e-books, product data sheets, battle cards, etc.
  • Align marketing and sales in establishing account profiles and target personas
  • Develop and maintain a database of named accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people
  • Drive website and social media traffic as well as engagement to drive sales and brand promotion.
  • Provide ongoing data and insights on target accounts and contacts within these accounts utilizing tools and resources to provide value to sales Integrate SEO concepts and best practices into digital marketing content and channels.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or segment-based marketing role, ideally in MarTech industry
  • Must be deeply passionate to build a career in B2B SaaS/ Cloud Product Marketing function
  • Experience working with Sales to coordinate and implement ABM programs Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition Proficiency across major marketing technologies, including ABM
  • Direct Mail platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, DemandBase, Engagio, Sendoso) Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and retargeting. Excellent time and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
