Job description

The Demand Generation & Digital Campaigns Executive will be responsible for creating and executing online multi-modal digital marketing campaigns. The candidate will develop carefully curated demand generation prospect lists, manage the regular health of ProcessMAP’s existing contacts database, and employ various digital marketing strategies to augment the existing database with high quality, validated contacts. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 – 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing high quality demand generation campaigns, along with a high level of comfort working on Marketing technology stack, including but not limited to HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, LeadLander etc.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in IT Marketing and/or technical background
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large and unstructured datasets
  • Experience managing numerous requests and time demands concurrently
  • BBA/BSc/ B-Tech degree or relevant experience
  • Proficiency using HubSpot, Salesforce CRM and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Self-starter, with proven professional success, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Experience navigating prospective accounts from and into a senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities in a focused market space
  • Knowledge to differentiate and understand various EHS roles and responsibilities
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Record of success in an outbound sales or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related environment
  • Skilled in prospecting techniques
  • Background in B2B marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Act-On. HubSpot certification highly desired
  • Comfortable with Salesforce.com CRM to create and manage campaigns
  • Ability to learn quickly the trends and dynamics of our target market, industry-verticals, and EHS solution space
  • Strong understanding of Internet Marketing principles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a global and diverse team spread across multiple geographies and time-zones
  • Ability to prioritize strategically and execute tasks with limited supervision
  • Proficiency in analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting data to audiences at all levels
