Job Description

  • ProcessMAP is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading all areas of digital marketing, including demand generation, website, social media marketing, and marketing operations. The candidate will lead a high energy team of marketing professionals. This is a high profile position that would have direct visibility at all levels of organizational leadership. The ideal candidate is expected to be extremely results focused and someone who can identify areas that can be improved on and propose ideas for change.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for ProcessMAP suite of EHSQ software products, including creating target-based marketing plans, identifying target market segments, and defining sales/marketing plays
  • Partner closely with product marketing, product management, sales, and sales engineering to bring an objective-oriented marketing approach to significantly scale up the delivery of the global marketing function
  • Lead and manage all areas of digital marketing - SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, etc
  • Lead and manage multiple demand generation campaigns
  • Own and manage end to end marketing operations, including tracking and reporting metrics
  • Auditing existing marketing plans to identify areas of improvement and growth
  • Conduct relevant audience and competitive research
  • Lead by example and nurture talent within the marketing function
  • Handle special projects that may be assigned outside the scope of daily work
  • Aid and participate in keeping clients aware of the score, depth, and effectiveness of the total services rendered by the marketing department

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Digital Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise software
  • Strong team and project management skills
  • Strong ability to motivate cross-functionally and drive deadlines
  • Technical background with ability to get hands-on with website management, SEO, Social Marketing etc.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a strong ability to distill complexity into crisp, easily comprehensible messaging
  • Self-starter, high-energy, with ability to execute on business objectives
  • Ability to multitask, change priorities rapidly and work through ambiguity with ease
  • A proven track record of success
  • MBA from a Tier 1 institution - highly preferred
