As a continuation of our conversation from the previous year on the topic of how mobile adoption supports EHSQ streamlining processes, we have some fascinating insights to share with you. 

This annual report includes the latest insights and trends on the state of mobile adoption from amongst our customers and users cutting across 125,000+ locations in 180+ countries.

The rapid pace of mobile adoption has exceeded our initial estimations. However, we are also cognizant of the potential that mobile solutions hold in unlocking untapped value for you and your organization. We are working towards broadening the scope of mobile-driven EHS use-cases and better integrating our mobile solutions with your day-to-day operational processes and workflows

There is a 134% increase in the number of sites using mobile in the last 4 years.

There has been a 155% increase in unique user logins on mobile in the last 4 years.

7. Incident Reporting Through Mobile Apps.

By co-innovating actively with global EHSQ leaders and stakeholders, our comprehensive mobile solutions for managing incidents across employee health and safety, operational risk and environmental risk areas have been playing a critical role for achieving an incident-free safety culture.

Incident reporting via mobile truly has been a game-changer.

There is a 1796% increase in the number of incidents reported via mobile in the past 4 years.

Data trends indicate that nearly 35% of all incidents reported in 2022 will be reported via mobile solutions.

8. Simplifying Audits and Assessments Through Mobile Apps

      Mobile solutions provide significant advantages for field auditing, inspections, and/or  verifications.

We have observed that the number of audits being conducted on mobile devices continues to increase significantly.

There is a 186.6% Increase in the identification and management of Audit Action items via mobile in the past 4 years.

Data trends indicate that nearly 30% of all Audit Action Items in 2022 will be reported via mobile solutions.

9. BBS Transformation Using Mobile

Safety managers can record real-time BBS observations digitally in the field and do not need to rely on completing paper-based forms or use their desktop computer to complete the process

We have observed that the number of BBS Observations being conducted on mobile devices continues to increase significantly

There is a 284% Increase in the number of BBS Observations conducted via mobile in the past 4 years.

Data trends indicate that nearly 65% of all BBS Observations in 2022 will be reported via mobile solutions.
