Responsibilities & Background:
As the Executive VP of Customer Success, Todd’s primary responsibility is to ensure each customer meets or exceeds its internal EHS and risk management goals and objectives. We accomplish that by working side-by-side with our customers from the initial ProcessMAP implementation through full roll-out and support. Additionally, we see our role as providing thought leadership and industry best practices to our customers in order to integrate the proper processes into the ProcessMAP platform.
Prior to joining ProcessMAP, Todd served as Managing Director of TrustedCarbon, LLC, a company that develops greenhouse gas reduction projects in South America and Southeast Asia. Similarly, he was the Executive VP of Business Development for AgCert International, PLC, a company that develops agricultural based greenhouse gas reduction projects and sells the resulting carbon credits into the European market. Todd has also served as the President of iReality Group USA, a package development consulting firm.
Todd has also served as a Senior Vice President of Change Management for Cambridge Technology Partners, the first publicly traded Strategy and IT consulting Service Company. Todd started his career at Andersen Consulting / Accenture where he specialized in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
