To operationalize this vision of comprehensive safety for its associates, MAU adopted ProcessMAP’s cloud and mobile EHS solutions to streamline real-time EHS data management and proactively mitigate safety risks, as well as potential operational disruption.
MAU and its customers are responsible for managing the health and safety of nearly 100,000 associates who work at more than 200 locations, which include several of ProcessMAP’s customers, including BMW, SKF, John Deere and others.
One of the key challenges that MAU faced was that its large workforce often work outside its own locations. Therefore, to drive safety-focused behavior, and maintain EHS data consistency and integrity, the company’s EHS solutions were required to have a seamless two-way integration with other EHS solutions and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) for accurate and real-time data.
Additionally, robust mobile EHS solutions were a critical requirement. With associates working off-site, they needed access to the EHS solutions at all times for quick and proactive safety management.
