ProcessMAP Responds to the COVID-19 Pandemic...One Year Later
In March 2020, like other companies across the world, ProcessMAP and its employees entered lockdown in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The company closed its office locations in the United States, Canada, and India, and all ProcessMAP employees began working from home. Like many other companies, ProcessMAP’s leadership team initially believed that working from home would keep employees safe from COVID-19 exposure, and at the same time continue normal business operations.
One year has passed since ProcessMAP transitioned to a fully virtual workforce. Read more about how the company helped its employees adjust to working from home Click here to know more.
How a ProcessMAP App Helped a Manufacturing Customer to Track Reclaimed Metals
By Kevin Richards, EHS Director
On a recent ProcessMAP EHS Leadership Roundtable, I shared the story of a manufacturing customer that was having challenges with tracking reclaimed metals. The customer was struggling with tracking and managing the process for reclaiming such metals as copper and gold, using procedures that were cumbersome, costly, time consuming, and not at all transparent.
The ProcessMAP team listened to our customer’s concerns and helped build an app that provides a digital, real-time process for tracking reclaimed metals, saving the company time, improving accuracy of reporting and improving the transparency of the entire process. To learn more, click here.
