Fortune 500 Chemicals Manufacturer Deploys ProcessMAP’s Cloud-Based EHS Software Suite

ProcessMAP’s industrial hygiene software allows international company to manage programs to minimize risk and promote a healthy work environment.

Ft. Lauderdale, FL, April 2nd, 2014
ProcessMAP Corporation (ProcessMAP), one of the leading cloud-based enterprise software companies focusing on environment, health and industrial safety, announced today that it was recently engaged by an international Fortune 500 chemicals manufacturer to deploy an Industrial Hygiene (IH) information management platform to centralize, consolidate and standardize key processes to improve risk and compliance. The cloud-based system has been implemented within their global network of 200+ production plants and facilities in over a dozen languages.

The Industrial Hygiene software platform was deployed to identify, evaluate and control employee exposure in the workplace. Because the Customer operates facilities globally, the system was configured so that both internal and country-specific IH exposure limits could be seamlessly managed.

The Customer is involved with the production, storage, use and transportation of a wide range of chemicals that are used in surface coating and painting processes. These chemicals and other manufacturing processes create varying levels of risks and the ProcessMAP Industrial Hygiene software platform empowers the Customer to manage all key aspects of world-class Industrial Hygiene sampling, analytical methods, exposure assessment, and qualitative risk analysis personal protective equipment, sampling equipment calibration, chain of custody, laboratory interface and reporting.

“Our Customers engage us because they need a solution to allow them to establish a consistent life cycle process for Industrial Hygiene activities including establishing an annual plan, two way communications with the lab for analysis and loading of results and finally generation of employee notifications letters in the native language,” said Gregory Monzo, Executive Vice President, ProcessMAP. “As demonstrated by its use with a global chemicals manufacturing Customer, ProcessMAP’s solution provides a highly scalable, configurable and feature rich platform to ensure enterprise wide consistency throughout an IH program of any size. It can immediately begin to improve efficiencies and an organization’s bottom line.”
