Access Pre-packaged training Rollouts Designed for System Administrators & Trainers
ProcessMAP offers training toolkits for System Administrators and Trainers as part of train-the-trainer initiatives. These toolkits include standard and customized training materials, such as quick reference guides, videos, checklists, hands-on exercises, etc.) that can be used for internal training.
The ProcessMAP University team can create various end-user materials specific to your branding, configuration, and processes. All our standard materials are available in English, and can translated into other languages.
Ongoing training ensures that end-users are educated on new releases and services. A full schedule is published every quarter on the topics covered and the duration of each session.
