Pioneering the Market

There was no better place than the white sandy beaches, blue waters, and clear skies of South Florida to start ProcessMAP, a company that would ultimately redefine information management in Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability. ProcessMAP benefits from the skills, passion and commitment of exceptional people - not venture capital.

Foundation of Success

ProcessMAP defines its vision as “to become a company that empowers customers with information to help them preserve the environment, create a safe workplace, and ensure the well-being of their employees”, and builds one of the first cloud-based EHS platforms. Our first customer – one of the leading companies in the aviation industry– goes live with ProcessMAP’s new-to-market solutions.

Launch on a Large Scale

Our first Fortune 500 customer, Ryder Systems Inc., trusts the ProcessMAP platform to be its backbone for safety management processes enterprise-wide. ProcessMAP brings in varying sized customers to better understand customer needs, resulting in the design of a highly scalable EHS software platform capable of providing customers with actionable insights. ProcessMAP is asked to develop enterprise EHS system blueprints for some of the world's largest companies. Innovation continues to define a more comprehensive portfolio of EHS software products.

Building Talent for the Future

To meet the growing demand for its solutions, ProcessMAP launches a talent strategy in India to recruit the most skilled software engineers. A facility originally designed and built by Sony Ericsson for its elite engineers, just 10 miles from Microsoft global innovation center, becomes ProcessMAP’s home in Hyderabad, India. This giant step allowed ProcessMAP to start a 24/7 product development process between engineers in US and India and rapidly build its product portfolio.

Advancing the Product Portfolio

ProcessMAP’s Incident Management module is released with the first-to-market features of a real-time dashboard, automated Workers Compensation claim submittal process, and automated generation of OSHA recordkeeping forms on a completely integrated platform. Partnership with Fortune 500 customers continues by expanding into the Pharmaceutical Industry with leaders such as Watson Pharmaceuticals and CR Bard. SKF becomes one of the first to implement a complete suite of ProcessMAP software products throughout North America.

Equipped for the Future

ProcessMAP experiences 200% global growth and launches the multi-lingual capability of its solutions. Anticipating the growing global demand for automating and improving EHS & Sustainability processes, ProcessMAP becomes the first to introduce its platform in 13 different languages. ProcessMAP releases dashboards for all its products, setting the stage for all other EHS software products. New product launches continued with the release of Industrial Hygiene and Job Hazard Assessment/Risk Assessment.

Going Global

2006 becomes a landmark year for ProcessMAP’s global footprint and international experience. To meet the growing demand of the industry, ProcessMAP introduces its Sustainability Product Suite which enables organizations to have real-time visibility of their corporate sustainability performance. With more than 400 facilities in 50+ countries, ITT smoothly transitions to ProcessMAP from its legacy system - one of the largest SaaS implementations of its kind in the industry. While the whole world is getting used to the term “Sustainability”, ProcessMAP’s customers are publishing their “Sustainability Report” backed by data from ProcessMAP’s platform. ProcessMAP expands its executive management team to meet the demands of expanding business.

Advancing Technology

ProcessMAP's customer base grows more than 200% adding tens of thousands of users every month. On the technology side, ProcessMAP builds its next generation data-centers to host customer data on highly secure and geographically dispersed locations. ProcessMAP now has become the industry’s most accepted SaaS platform for EHS & Sustainability. ProcessMAP is engaged in the industry’s largest and most complex global deployments for customers like Goodyear and Ingersoll Rand.

Attracting Leaders

Caterpillar, John Deere, Berkshire Hathaway’s, Shaw Industries – all leaders in their respective industries – select ProcessMAP solutions to manage various aspects of their EH&S and Sustainability processes. To host its expanding customer data ProcessMAP adds new state-of-the-art datacenters. ProcessMAP continues to expand its Industry Portfolio by adding clients in other sectors outside traditional Manufacturing, including clients such as Calpine (Energy) and Century Aluminum (Mining).

Gaining Industry Recognition

ProcessMAP’s Carbon Management Software Platform is recognized as a leader by independent research analysts Verdantix and Groom Energy. Industry’s two largest enterprise EH&S and Sustainability SaaS contracts go to ProcessMAP; both Cardinal Health ($100 Billion healthcare conglomerate) and Bunge ($55 Billion agribusiness leader) select ProcessMAP as their enterprise platform. ProcessMAP continues to innovate in reporting and analytics to provide actionable insights to customers. ProcessMAP becomes the most adopted solution within Fortune 1000 companies.

A Decade of Success

ProcessMAP completes 10 years and positions itself as the largest cloud platform in EHS & Sustainability. When most of its competitors are owned by Venture Capital and Private Equity firms, ProcessMAP continues to be majority owned by its employees. Environmental Business Journal selects ProcessMAP as a winner for its Business Achievement Awards. ProcessMAP’s several years’ of research in data mining results in the release of "Reports Central", an advanced next generation data analytics platform. ProcessMAP has now become the backbone of information management strategy for leading customers in more than 80 Countries, across diverse range of industries.

Building a Community

ProcessMAP launches the “Customer Pavilion”, dedicated to providing an oasis for customers to come and experience firsthand all the benefits of partnering with the organization. ProcessMAP believes that while the software is on “The Cloud”, the personal touch and team-building aspects of in-person meetings with customers during critical phases of software adoption is the key to our blueprinting, implementation and training success. The first Annual User Conference is held in Fort Lauderdale to unveil version 12 of our product, one of the most advanced platform upgrades customers have received to-date. This conference not only showcased product enhancements related to dynamic dashboards and mobile-friendly interfaces, but set the tone for leveraging customers further to drive the product roadmap in the years to come. ProcessMAP expands its Latin America operations - Whirlpool Mexico goes live.

Cementing Our Global Legacy

ProcessMAP’s determination to supply highly-accessible products globally drives the expansion of datacenters in the US and India to better support regional customers. As evidence of the commitment to delivering quality products, ProcessMAP revamped internal processes for manufacturing. This delivered customers with processes to further expedite the delivery of new features and the enhancement of existing ones. As part of this change, ProcessMAP also launches the ProcessMAP Application Lifecycle Management Services (PALMS). Small and large customers continue to adopt ProcessMAP solutions, including some of the largest retail companies in the world such as Walmart. ProcessMAP's Asia-Pacific expansion continues with long term contracts with global companies – Coca-Cola India goes live.

Gaining Market Momentum with Mobility

In response to the burgeoning demand for the right tools at the right place and time, ProcessMAP adds mobile functionality to its Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) platform. Whether in the office or in the field, our customers are now able to input and view key performance metrics in real-time from any mobile device. This on-the-go access helps mitigate risk by eliminating incident and data reporting lag, increases efficiency by replacing manual processes, and improves enterprise-wide communication with stakeholders.

Bridging the Gap with Business Intelligence

In yet another demonstration of its commitment service excellence, ProcessMAP partners with IBM Cognos, a leading provider of business intelligence solutions. Through this partnership, customers receive actionable insights and are able to connect claims and safety data to minimize corporate risk. The platform’s continued enhancements and reputation for excellence attract several big brands including automotive industry juggernaut, FIAT Chrysler and global diversified technology and industrial leader, Johnson Controls.

Expanding Geographic Footprint and Solution Suite amid Market Demand

The adoption of ProcessMAP’s world-class platform surpasses 2 Million users across 125+ countries. As part of the first phase in expanding ProcessMAP’s geographical footprint to meet growing market demand, additional office is opened in the Midwest of United States. The new Illinois location provide customers an additional source of thought leadership within EHS and Risk Management, as well as additional training and meeting facilities. Continuously equipping customers to navigate changing market dynamics, ProcessMAP expands its partner ecosystem and releases the Mobile Pro app, delivering unprecedented access and time to value. With both additions, ProcessMAP’s software platform is complemented with best-in-class EHS consulting and services, integration with state-of-the-art regulatory, audit, and training content – and can be accessed from anywhere, regardless of internet connectivity.
